AIG Appoints Melissa Twiningdavis as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.

American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) today announced the appointment of Melissa Twiningdavis as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, effective September 1, 2024. Ms. Twiningdavis will report directly to AIG Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Peter Zaffino, overseeing global administrative services, including sourcing and procurement, real estate and facilities, and shared services operations. She will also join AIG’s Executive Leadership Team and will be based in New York.

Ms. Twiningdavis brings a wealth of experience to AIG, joining from Accenture where she led the global Supply Chain Operations business since January 2022. Prior to that, she served as President at Precision Castparts Corporation, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. She began her career at General Electric, spending 20 years in various leadership roles, including Vice President and Corporate Officer, Supply Chain and Sourcing for Europe. She holds dual Master of Science degrees from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Muhlenberg College.
