Art Wake has been appointed CEO of Trilogy MedWaste.
Trilogy MedWaste (“Trilogy” or the “Company”), a leading provider of regulated medical waste, hazardous waste, and reusable sharps management services, has announced the appointment of Art Wake as its new Chief Executive Officer. Art Wake, a seasoned leader with extensive experience in route-based service businesses, will succeed interim CEO Dave Owen, who has guided Trilogy through a period of significant organic growth and operational enhancement.
In his new role, Art Wake is set to continue Trilogy’s momentum as an independent, nationwide platform dedicated to delivering safe, compliant, and reliable waste management solutions to the healthcare industry across the United States.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Art Wake served as President of Aramark Uniform Services, where he managed approximately 20,000 employees and oversaw revenues exceeding $2 billion. Over his 25-year tenure at Aramark, he played a crucial role in driving productivity improvements and revenue growth across various functions including distribution, manufacturing, fleet, customer service, and supply chain. His background in operational excellence and strategic growth will be instrumental in steering Trilogy MedWaste forward.
